Crime Victims Program Locations

SERVICES AVAILABLE TO VICTIMS

The Crime Victims Program provides the following services at no charge to all crime victims, significant others and their families.

• Assistance with filing claims of restitution or claims with the PA Victims’ Compensation
• Assistance with the completion of a Victim Impact Statement
• Accompaniment to criminal justice proceedings such as preliminary hearings, trials, sentencing court, etc.
• Providing information as to the status of a victims’ case
• Information and Referral to other community agencies/resources
• Information on PA SAVIN
• Assistance in the conveyance of Prior Comment prior to the possible reduction or plea in a case by the prosecutor.
